Yes!!!  We have confidence in our software.  So much so, that we guarantee it.  If you find an unreported defect that is our fault, you will be rewarded.

 

  How does the software guarantee work?

We fix our application bugs in days, not months.  When the defect is fixed, you will be able to find the updated applications on this site.  (Some of our newer applications can directly access this site to obtain the update.)  Naturally, bug updates are always free!!!

 

  What is an "unreported bug"?

MICROCode Consulting keeps an issues tracking database which you can visit on this web site.  If you post a new problem traced to our code and which has not been submitted to this database during the past 24 hours, you receive a reward point*.

 

  Tell me more about reward points.  What are they good for?

Free major upgrades!!!  Registered users are able to freely download bug-fix and minor version changes; major version upgrades are available for a small fee.  For five (5) reward points, a registered user is entitled to a free major upgrade from MICROCode Consulting for that product.  (The points are then deducted.)  After all, shouldn't you receive something in return for your time?

MICROCode Consulting believes in producing quality software.  Don't get burned by some novice amateur that learned how to program yesterday or mega-giant who is either too big to care about your "insignificant" problem or wants you to buy the "cheap" $100 upgrade.  We back up our quality with free fixes and reward users who encounter bugs with free product.

*Reward points are only issued for defects.  Product enhancement submissions do not qualify.
